About Daniella Jacques

Daniella Jacques is an accomplished businesswoman, a visionary activist for women’s empowerment, a TEDx speaker ecosystem builder, a strategist, and a business coach. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating more opportunities for women in different sectors, especially minorities.

  • – Dofen News is an innovative digital platform media dedicated to women. The platform aims to empower and promote women in various fields by sharing stories, experiences, and insights from successful female entrepreneurs, political leaders, and professionals.
  • – In 2021, she created Flamenco Gender Capital, a venture capital firm focused on investing in women-owned startups in the Caribbean and Latin America. The firm aims to support and empower female entrepreneurs in these regions by giving them access to capital, mentorship, and resources. Despite a growing number of women entrepreneurs in these regions, access to capital remains a significant barrier for many. Flamenco Gender Capital aims to fill this gap by providing early-stage funding and mentorship to help these startups validate their business models and attract further investment.
  • – She founded DSDS CONSULTING INC, a marketing company that offers digital marketing and technology services. The company is dedicated to helping businesses grow their online presence through innovative marketing strategies and advanced technology solutions. DSDS also provides personal branding services to politicians, entrepreneurs, and leaders.
  • – Twa Fèy Kosmetics is a company that produces a range of cosmetics dedicated to black women and girls. The company is committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the beauty industry by providing high-quality, affordable products that cater to the unique needs of black skin and hair. Twa Fèy Kosmetics offers a wide range of products, including skincare, haircare, and makeup, formulated with natural ingredients and free from harmful chemicals.

Ms. Jacques has received several honors and awards for her work, including the “Tropics Business Awards Top 200 Changemakers” in 2018 and the “Change Maker of September” from Your Mark on The World Show in 2018. She also received the “Fanm Poto Mitan Award” from J.C. Magazines in March 2018. She was recognized by CONATEL (National Telecommunications Council) and MCFDF (Ministry of Women’s Rights and Conditions) for supporting women’s involvement in technology and her commitment to the fight for women’s empowerment, respectively. In addition, Ms. Jacques also received the “Active Young Citizen Award” from the National Haitian Youth Forum (TNJH) in August 2018. She won the first Human Rights Competition organized by the U.S. Embassy in Haiti in December 2004.
